Industrial Conveyor Belts

Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt

  • Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt
  • Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt

Oil-resistant conveyor belts are designed for handling oily substances and surroundings with oils or chemical solvents. A carcass composed of cotton, nylon (NN), or polyester (EP) is combined with a high-acrylonitrile nitrile (NBR) rubber cover, processed via calendering, forming, and vulcanisation.

Key Advantages
  • NBR's molecular structure strongly resists oil penetration under long-term oil contact; the belt does not swell, blister, delaminate, or harden.
  • A molded sealed-edge construction wraps the top and bottom covers around the carcass edges so no fabric is exposed. This closes the capillary path for oil to wick in from the belt sides, preventing edge rot and inter-ply separation.
